DSHR
Self-Serve is a method for members to update their contact
information (e-mail, phone, address, etc), their emergency contact
information, and their availability dates. Members also have
the ability to view their entire profile, but are unable to edit any
other information; please contact your chapter DSHR administrator.
It is very
important that DSHR members to keep their availability information
current in the DSHR
System as this is how members are assigned to an
operation. Members who do not update their availability
regularly can not
called upon to be deployed to an operation. Members who
continually update their DSHR availability information are assigned
sooner and faster than members who update their information
periodically.
Members may
contact their chapter for their usernames and passwords.
Chapters can also reset their member's passwords. Chapters
should contact their DSHR Team Leader for Self-Serve usernames and
passwords and for any other Self-Serve questions.
